“Ordered these but really wanted the metal ones not in stock , took the compromise as was going to event Sunday , delivery driver came to front door but didn’t leave box , re delivered on Tuesday, seeing as I paid for delivery and would have to pay to return them have kept them can’t say if there any good as not been used”

“Very poor dispatch time. Nearly one week from order to deliver. If I order from outside UK shops take 5-6 days, so I don't understand why I was waiting so long. But some items are a really good bargains”

“Winchester is amazing, perhaps slightly overpriced. The obligatory two-toning was an absolute shambles. Green thumbprints all over the remaining finish, paint flakes off straight away making the whole thing look substandard. Considering the expensive initial construction, along with the fact that a majority of customers won’t have a firearms license, this service should have been provided for free, it literally costs patrolbase next to nothing in terms of time or materials, and they’ve evidently rushed mine with little care (explains all of the green finger prints on the rest of the gun.) two tone fee was extortionate, and at the very least they could provide a refund for that service to me”

“My items were great, however, a lot of items are out of stock meaning I made a purchase which was a second or third choice. Not a massive deal breaker though. The main issue is that everytime I make a purchase, the expected delivery date is always late. Three separate orders all came the day after they stated. Why do you only the items ready on the day you said they would arrive? If the deliveries have been delayed, just put it back a day in your site. Don’t let your customers arrange to be at home and then post them out on that day. Meet customer expectation. The three time, very consistent delayed delivery was the reason I gave 3 stars”

“Ordered this from the European warehouse as it was out of stock in the UK. After a few weeks I received a notification that my order was on its way but when it was delivered it was a large rifle case and three large bags of bbs. It took numerous emails and two attempts by DPD over a period of nearly 3 weeks to collect them for return as they initially turned up without any returns labels. In the meantime my order turned up and was exactly as described. That was the beginning of April. This week I received another delivery from Patrol Base and it was duplicate of my original order. Contacted customer services who didn't even apologise for this and told me to wrap it back up and take it to my local DPD collection point for return. I will get round to that eventually. I kept getting reminders for a review so here it is.”

“Price decent, delivery fast however had some issues with my scar gbb which I ordered as the stock nozzle broke after testing two mags with it and had to order a replacement which is now taking two weeks to get to me as it’s bank holiday, frustrating but will still be returning”

“Ordered a 2 tone version. Waited a while for delivery then when arrived the 2 tone paint was chipped, was meant for a birthday gift now looks second hand. Spoke to Patrol base they offered to give me £10 back for them painting it or to send it back and miss the birthday suprise. Not finished to high standard and was advised the paint will invenevitably chip after light use on key areas of touch”

“Not happy with the service. Order placed at 2am on a Wednesday morning. Paid for the 24hr shipping. Items not picked or packed until 10am on Thursday. A whole day after when the item was ment to be delivered on the Thursday. Now got getting it until the next week. So no point in paying the extra money as they are clearly not picking the items in time to send in time.”

“I have chosen to give 3 stars as my order wasnt even packed untill the delivery date and customer service wasnt prepared to do anything about it other than say its been sent out that day and thats all they could do (with abit of an attitude) as if i was in the wrong for calling up to find out what happend with my order after some back an forth with customer service i managed to get them to put me thru to a manager who made some phone calls an thankfully got my order upgraded to next day delivery for between 7am an 10am and refunded the delivery charge as a good will gesture and appoligized for the mess up wich is appriceated overall i will still put future orders.A big thank you to the GM for getting it all sorted in a timely manner (ie a 15min phone call) we had a gret day once we got there an the mags i ordered work great . i know we got off to a rocky start with the order but this proof that most things can be sorted with a 15min converstation not screaming down the phone agian big thankyou to the GM for sorting it all out and thank you for the voucher i will use with my next order”

“Fantastic guns however the delivery process let it down. I paid for next day delivery it was dispatched which then pushed the delivery to a monday. Just a heads up to anyone the delivery company used doesn't deliver on the weekends. That's the reason for the 3 stars.”
