“First time I plugged it in, the positive wire came undone from the Tamiya connector. In a bit of a pinch and not got the time to return it, I just re-crimped it. Works fine now”

“The stock is brilliant, however I rang in to ask if my order had been received after 2 weeks, admittedly I had two tone service, but the lady I spoke to was very rude and abrupt and made ringing the company and unpleasant experience, I'm in two mind weather to use them again”

“Delivery was quick, alot of imformation is given in descriptions but when I messaged to enquire about some internals of my rifle not listed I got no reply. CS is essential to any business even if its a reply to say we don't know, Ignoring someone that has recently spent £6-700 isn't the best business choice as I may go elsewhere in the future.”

“I ordered my m4 and some bbs on the 31st of July, it’s the 21st of August and it still hasn’t arrived, phoned up the other day to ask about my order, they said they’d call me back after checking the warehouse and still haven’t called, they are a great company I won’t lie but I feel a bit betrayed by the (estimated delivery date) and the (promises as such the employee gave me over the phone)”

“There was no issue with the delivery as it arrived on time. However, there was an issue regarding the details mentioned on the website. On the website the battery connector for the Delta Armory DA-C04 CHARLIE was wrong. It said that it had a mini timiya connector and I ordered batteries according to that but when the order arrived the connector was a deans one. I had to send my batteries back and had no batteries to use due to this error.”

“Patrol base is a spectacular supply point for airsofters! The stock and inventory is second to none, they have absolutely everything you could want as a serious airsofter. However I don’t do orders to them very often as their shipping costs are ridiculous! £25 to the Isle of Wight is a joke. Every other retailer quotes me no more than £10 for shipping. Even novritsch based out in Austria only quotes me £15 for shipping, so I find it hard to understand why patrol base can justify there shipping costs. I now only put orders in with patrol base if I really really need something, especially if I can’t find it anywhere else or if any of my community put a shared order in and divide the shipping fees between us.”

“Box came damaged with a small hole In the bottom, compensator was out of its little bag, the screw it needs to lock onto the muzzle was missing, contacted patrol base customer support they replied asking if the comp was damaged, replied that it wasn’t but screw was missing making it unusable, they never replied back”

“Realy good service. Have purchased a lot of things from here. Only problem is my ggbr was state it would put out 350fps but is hitting just over 400. Was told the magazines I ordered would fit but they do not so waiting for a refund.”

“Got the suppressor. Concerned by a little mark that it could have been pre used and it came in a green, not tan colour. I’m keeping as I’ve put camo on it anyway, but from all the purchases I’ve made, this one was sadly disappointing. Eye pro all good.”
