“I’ve used this company three times and, unfortunately, my experience has been consistently disappointing. On each occasion, I paid extra for next-day delivery, ensuring that my orders were placed well within the required timeframes. However, none of the orders were dispatched in line with the service I paid for. Communication has also been an issue. When contacting customer service for updates, I was repeatedly told that items would be sent out the same day, but this did not happen. In reality, dispatch was delayed by several days each time. Additionally, I have concerns about product quality and accuracy of listings. A friend purchased what was advertised as a “new” pistol, but it appeared to be used or returned, as it arrived with rounded bolts, preventing proper use of attachments like sights. The gas magazine supplied with it also leaked on first use. When the magazine was sent back for repair, there was no communication for over a month. After chasing, he was informed that the item had not been received, which took 6–8 weeks to clarify. Overall, based on repeated delivery issues, poor communication, and concerns about product condition, I would not recommend this company.”

“Ordered an item. Got told it would be 3 weeks or so. 2 weeks later got an email telling me it was out of stock. Got refund. Ordered elsewhere. Took 5 days. A month later I got a request for a review. So they're brave, if not competent.”

“Extremely disappointed. My order broke within just a few months, and it had only been used once per month for those months. Maximum 50 pellets fired at best in total now its unusable. Suddenly when I entered a new cartridge, the first bullet didnt just jam, it blew out the weapons silencer and completely jammed the reloading mechanism forever more. I heard such good things about this website and the gun looked great at first, I was going to leave a 5* review and become a regular customer. But with a breakage like that which hurt my hand so early I have to leave 0/5.”

“Seems to be almost impossible to get a reply from them. Should have read the other reviews before ordering. Livechat on the website is ignored, regardless of how many times you try or how long you wait, eventually it just gives up. Emails ignored. Waiting for an item for nearly 2 months (From EU warehouse, so will take longer, but was due by yesterday), yet no updates, no refund, no idea if it will arrive, or they will just keep my money. Will need to look to do a charge back. Don't recommend, read the other reviews first at least.”

“Never recieved the parcel dx delivery have lost it at the warehouse was meant to be delivered waited all day no delivery contacted them agreed to collect on Saturday between 9-2 knowing I was driving fork 1 hour away driven there and they have lost the parcel still not been received raised a complaint with dx delivery yet to refund item”

“My first purchase from this company, specna prime aeg, not cheap, received the wrong colour. It was also missing parts and was in a box that had labels under the ones that related to me, is this even a new item? I contacted Patrol base, a return was arranged and they have had the item on site for over a week now, I requested an update at the one week point, no response to date. They get 1 star for a quick return process, not the best buying experience.”

“Ordered something 13 days ago which went missing at point of delivery. Customer service have done nothing to help other than to say they will get in touch with the delivery company despite requesting them to resend the order. Have ordered from them before with no issues but after this I’ll probably avoid using them and use other retailers.”
