Unfortunately, not a good experience. I requested that the delivery was not left in the public foyer of my apartment block as items have been stolen by opportunist neighbours. This request was ignored by the delivery company. Although this was not Patrol Base's fault, when I phoned them, the person on the phone was quite curt with me. She asked what my order number was but, as I had about 4 separate orders with Patrol Base at the time, I was unsure which it was. I offered the courier firms order number and this was taken, with a promise to get back to me later that day or the next day. I did not receive this call. I emailed twice but did not receive a response. All in all, not a great experience for someone starting out with this hobby.

Awful service and the longest delivery time I have put up with in years waited eleven days for some bb’s is making me very worried to spend larger amounts of money with patrol base.

I placed a sizeable ordered, I had an issue with my defense but that was fixed within the hour of receiving the email. and paid for “expedited” delivery. A week later? Nothing. Apparently, their idea of fast shipping involves a calendar, not a clock. When I dared call customer service, I was treated like I’d asked them to personally hand-deliver it on foot. Curt, exasperated, and utterly uninterested — no apology, no refund.

Horrible i waited 5 weeks for this delivery,with no delivery information and delievred past the estimated delivery time. Finally my mp5 came broken with the body work around the magaxine cracked to hold it in tight and the high cap maganzine that came with also broke and has a random metal thing in the way stopping feeding

If you’ve ever wondered what it feels like to pay for fast shipping only to have your order marinate in limbo for over a week, Patrol Base has you covered. I placed a sizable order, squared away a “defense issue” within hours of being notified, and then… nothing. For days, It’s as if my package was whisked away into witness protection. Phoning customer service was like trying to get blood from a stone, except the stone sounds mildly irritated that you dared to call it. Three phone calls, two reps, three different variations of “we can’t be bothered.” No apology, no refund of the shipping I paid for, not even the faintest whiff of accountability. Patrol Base has perfected the fine art of taking your money while making you feel like a nuisance for expecting the product you purchased.

The gun Broke during first use! Currently have messaged the returns process but no reply as of yet. Was brilliant before that, but can't give anymore than 1 star of it breaks after like 2 hours.

Send a non working magazine for ssg10 and a very poor quality waffle ak mag, response time for customer service is terrible..!!! Very disappointing

My gun came incorrectly assembled and falling apart, not usable. I tried to contact them and was just told email in. I emailed and went over 2 weeks without even a acknowledgement or response in which time I had to.go sound more money elsewhere to get it fixed

On this occasion the service was bad Can’t really write a review as it was never delivered and you had to return my payment because even though it was so posed to be in stock Now over the last two years Patrol Base has been my go to airsoft shop just a little disappointed in this one service

Not long after receiving my gun the two tone paint began flaking off and rubbing off in fine particles whether it was rubbing against my clothes gloves or carry bag getting on my clothes hands and face then the gun suddenly stopped working and would only shoot if I reloaded it upside down often when I reloaded it it wouldn’t shoot and after using everything in the magazine I’d have to reload it upside down and shoot it to clear it so it often didn’t shoot unless it was reloaded upside down as for whatever reason bbs remained inside even after shooting everything sometimes the bbs in the magazine would get stuck which was really annoying and after emailing for a refund I didn’t get a response till days later and after being told a driver would come out in the next couple days to collect the gun no driver came I emailed asking would I get a refund and I am still yet to get a response I am incredibly disappointed with my purchase and it has caused me nothing but stress

After 7 days from order, I received an email saying items were out of stock, this was not mentioned at order, very disappointed.

When my new AEG arrived the front sight was broken, a small piece of metal fell out of the gun and the cable from the motor was damaged in multiple places. I've had to have the gear box rewired since. I called your returns department about this and admitted I had removed the upper receiver, to install a new hope up unit. At that point he cut me off mid sentence and told me my warranty was void. While I appreciate thats reasonable I didn't appreciate the tone your employee took with me. When I asked for a rough estimate of price for all the repairs I need before shipping the gun to you he replied with something along the line of "well i don't work in repairs do I? " I'm so surprised by the poor condition of the item shipped not to mention the customer service I received. I'll avoid using patrol base in future when ever possible. Regards Mark
