“Items work fine but delivery and customer service is shocking.”

“Can’t review what you don’t receive. Ordered with 1-2 day delivery and after 8 days, guns still has not arrived. I’m having to lease with the delivery company as patrol base don’t seem to want too.. Ridiculous service and a bit surprised and never had this from them before. I’m still waiting for contact back from them after being told they would refund the delivery costs. After this will not be looking to sue them again”

“Very disappointed with how I was treated, if u could give zero stars I would, spoke with someone through email about my order taking longer than a week to arrive after paying the extra for next day delivery and they just didn’t care. They just sent back some generic email that was no help nor did they offer any! Now they are pestering with emails asking to review them!”

“I recieved my Jing Gong SMG-5K Compact w- 20mm RIS - RAS Rail. Opened the box, charged battery a little. fit the battery into the back/lock/hook area. Great it doesnt work. I have tried everything. It does not work brand new. I rang up to ask fopr a refund or for any tips. They could offer nothing except "return it for a check over" So not only did I pay £200+ for the product and for purchase. Now it doesnt work brand new I have to play again to send it back for potentoial fixing. They also said I have to buy two tone split with another colour to be able to order that specific product. And whatr do we know - You cannot get refunds on two-tone products. Disgraceful!”

“Second time I've ordered from patrol base and second time I've had issues. The drum mag came after a few days which I was happy with but the shot gun that said it was coming from Poland didn't arrive after the 21 working days so I sent an email. Told me there was an issue from the warehouse in Poland and I could only purchase something else or take a refund. I ask if it could just be ordered again and was told no unless I repurchased it. As I said this is the second time I've had issues with my order and has put me off making further purchases.”

“I placed my order on October 27, 2025, and it still hasn’t arrived. Even worse, the package was delivered to the wrong address. I’ve been waiting for so long and this is really unacceptable. I hope this issue can be resolved as soon as possible.”

“Does not click into place using an Odin Speed loader. If you have a Delta Armory Freya Gen 2, don't buy these as they don't feed properly.”

“Delivered an entirely different gun to the one l ordered ( see photos below). Customer service is literally not worth a carrot. After finally getting through to explain their mistake l was told to email them with proof of such but given no address to do so. Then told to print a return label at the post office and return gun. No acceptance of the mistake and no way to show such when sending a random parcel back to them. I have decided that it is easier to just keep the gun that I DID NOT order rather than messing around. Very poor service on all counts.”

“AVOID PATROL BASE IF YOU WANT YOUR GUN TO WORK OR NOT RUN 200FPS OVER THE LIMIT OUT OF THE BOX. Shipping is fine, the guns look good, but they give you EU guns not UK guns, meaning they have stronger springs not rated in the UK”

“Wrong case sent 5 days fir someone to respond then sent QRCode said once we receive it we will send correct case Sent item back conformation it arrived in the morning next day 7 days later still awaiting for the correct case to be sent out”
