“3 days delivery is standard, only part I dislike is that the two tone service is like 10+ days and it might just be me but I did get a half baked coating, definitely slighty rushed but doesn’t impact the gun so whatever 9/10 thank you - Sam”

“Patrol base is the best option for someone in the UK, mostly because a lot of different companies can't or won't ship to the UK, but in general Patrol Base is good, the shipping is way too expensive however, but the quality of the website/app and products are very good, I have been shopping here for 5 ish years (without an account).”

“Novritsch airsoft gun and items other items purchased were all excellent. The difficulty seems to be customs and delivery of items to U.K. Brace yourself for requests to complete countless documents and you will need to brush-up on multiple acronyms that, I am guessing, are everyday parlance between customs officers. This should not detract, however. from an excellent product.”

“Always a great service from patrol base. The mags were the cheapest around. I had to return them due to HPA legislation unfortunately. Answered my emails the same day. Sent the items back and received an email saying my account had been credited. Brilliant comms.”
