“The site is typically alright; it has a good interface and ui making it especially easy to find quality products, however on this occassion it let me down. This product is a dud and thus my confidence wanes.”

“It was despatched quickly and arrived well packaged. However Nuprol seemed to have sent out the product with a electrical connector inconsistent with the battery supplied with the product. I have since contacted Patrol Base about this under their returns procedure and heard nothing. I intend to keep the product but it will now cost me more money to have it rewired just to use the battery supplied with it.”

“I've had good and bad experiences with Patrol Base. One time it took them several months to fix a gun I returned and other times they have had the things I need when all the other distributers didn't have them. For me personally, I don't buy guns from them (anymore) but I do buy smaller things such as: magazines, parts and accessories.”
