“The store is huge with plenty of Airsoft guns and supplies, but it has completely lost the feel of a local Airsoft shop. I visited on a quiet day with only two other customers inside, yet there was no enthusiasm from staff to offer any help. All the Airsoft guns are cable tied down, so you cannot feel the weight or get a proper sense of how they handle. When you ask staff to look at a gun behind the counter, they hold it like it is made of gold, giving you a list of “don’t do this” and “don’t do that”, which makes you feel uncomfortable and unable to properly inspect it. Overall, the experience was not pleasant. You might as well buy online because the in‑store visit offers no benefit. Smaller independent stores are far better. They talk to you, recommend things, and in some cases even let you test shoot the guns so you know exactly what you are buying. In short, you would not buy a car without a test drive, and the same should apply here.”

“Patrol Base is an amazing service that hasn’t let me down yet. The Express Delivery is well worth it so you can get your equipment quickly. The actual quality of the equipment is great, with everything checked and sent is perfect condition. “Patrol base do struggle with customer service - they take forever to answer their telephone and do not generally answer emails. On a more positive note - when things go wrong they do not hesitate to act and solve the problem quickly Price wise they are very competitive and carry some products exclusively - Delta Army Freya is a great example. I would recommend them, they need to work on customer service but generally are a good choice.”

“All good order received but following reviews on YouTube and as a newbie I thought I would have had the M90 spring as my own downgrade but it was installed already and no M110 spring! So got M120 off eBay so that’s sorted I am using it for target/Distance in garden as I know in game play the FPS could possibly too high so all good would recommend 👍🏻”

“I would like to thank you for your help with the equipment I perched. I arrive on time and the quality was spot on. I had an issue with one of the clips for a glock, it had gas escaping from the clip. I spoke to one of your staff, and they walked me through the issue. In the end I was somthing I was doing wrong. The staff I spoke to were professional and polite.”
