“I've been airsofting for around four years now. The majority of my kit comes from Patrol Base. They have an amazing selection of stock and I love browsing. Service has always been excellent, I've always been more than happy with my purchase. When I have phoned with an enquiry, the staff are courteous and respectful and have always resolved any issues. Big shout out to Natalie, Joe and Josh for all their help and advice,big shout out to the rest of the Patrol Base team, including Stue, keep those pbtv videos coming. Looking forward to seeing you at NAF”

“If you have time to spam me with emails regarding feedback you should have the decency to A. Do a good job B. Respond to the email I sent regarding the poor service I received when I called in, Don't charge extra for next day shipping if you are incapable of providing the service to the timescales you outine on your website, There is a reason I avoid using your store where possible and will continue to do so.”

“A bit shakey out of the box compared to the specna arms flex. Doesnt seem to lock back for access to the hop up like the flex does. Bolts rusted after one use outdoors. A little disapointed in the performance out of the box. Though i am sure i can fix it.”

“Never had any problems with the service or items iv recieved,they emailed to say they ran out of stock and offered alternatives, for the plate carrier I ordered, choose a different colour.. rattle cans did the rest”

“I have always given PB five ⭐️, my last few purchases not so good. No confirmation email after purchase. One item defective and returned. I had to chase three times to get a refund which took about a month. This is way below their usual faultless service.”
