“Ordered a few products online, each of which were in stock. Paid and told the delivery day is estimated for a Thursday. On Friday I emailed for an update as my parcel hadn't arrived and received no notification of dispatch. I was then told it had not been dispatched and would be that day. Few moments later I was emailed again to be told my item was not in stock. No apology, just an option for a refund. I then had to purchase my item elsewhere and await additional delivery times and have to wait 5 days for my refund. Not the service I am used to with PatrolBase”

“Amazing customer support, i made an order and wanted to change it, they changed it quick and simple(one simple phone call) i then placed the new order and it arrives quick. the barrel was in a tube pakage in a big box. so 1000% its defo still stright so i couldnt ask for more! packing amazing- quality of items amazing!-customer support amazing!”
