“One of the bb bags were ripped with bbs everywhere but i got another pack thanks to patrol base. Hard case wasnt delivered until later. Case is awesome no defects etc. Customer support was 10/10”

“Great service all round. An out of stock item was replaced with a like for like, but as this was unsuitable, PB arranged a replacement, with free postage and arranged a refund for the original. PB are my go to, such great service and a brilliant websiet with great content.”
