“Relatively cheap and easy to use plan buying service. Couple of suggestions for improvements would be to enable the purchase of larger plans (covering a larger area) and to be able to choose central location for plan by grid reference (i.e. not centred on an existing property)”

“I ordered a location plan, and received a site plan. Talking on live chat was not helpful, and replies were obviously scripted as I received the same lengthy reply from two different operatives which didn't answer the question. The question was never answered, and I'm waiting for a call within 48 hours. The plans were urgent and will be either be delayed, or I shall need to pay another company and claim this payment back from my bank. I still maintain that on the second order I ordered a location plan. Whilst you explained that the scale of this order is a location plan, it states on the document that it’s a site plan. This is confusing to a novice like me. I am however very impressed in how quickly you called me to explain. This was very good customer service.”

Hello Nick, thanks for the response, however as we discussed on the phone, you had saved the two different plans with the same name and hence you thought we had delivered one scale of plan instead of the two that you ordered. This is not our fault and you acknowledged this on the phone. We also called you back well within 24 hours, so I'm not sure you have your facts correct. We will of course look at the issue of the lengthy responses from our operatives however. In summary we think your review is not valid as you admitted on the phone that the fault was yours. Much appreciated.

“This is probably personal, but I would prefer the property address to be at the bottom of the plan and also the plan scale to be shown separate and larger. I always write the scale out larger to make it stand out for the planning.”

“Easy to use and guidance notes are fine. The only negative comment is that when you want to manually draw the lines, they must finish at the first point, putting in 4 lines. I only wanted 3 lines so had to print it, remove one line then scan.”

“Buy a plan provided a quick , easy and low cost way of achieving a basic and acceptable of my property location . on the contra side , the plan was from partially obsolete information , and did not have the facility to capture a slightly larger area.plan”

“Easy to use and load, but it all just adds to the cost of submitting a very simple planning application. It's the system, I know, but the cost of it all is depressing. I'd like to see a much bigger discount for buying two, as I had to, where one is just a slightly larger scale than the other.”

“A very flexible service. My only suggestion is that it would benefit from the ability to hand draw red lines of varying thickness. On screen it looks to be sufficiently bold but in the downloaded plan the line is very narrow. Otherwise pleased with the service offered.”
