“Sadly the plan provided incorrectly showed the red border, not around my boundary but, around my house and out-buildings. To get around this I had to scan your plan and, using a red pen, draw the red border correctly myself.”

“Plans are available in JPG only, if you work in design and print forget quality, plans will be pixelated. Not buying again from this company.”

“I bought a plan, but what I received was not as described. The red outlining of the appropriate areas were not included on the plan and therefore the plan was useless for my planning application. I instead chose to buy from a competitor.”

Hello, thanks for the feedback however you did not add redline your plan and therefore it was not usable for planning. As instructed on the site you need to redline your property for it to be used for a planning application, however we did provide a refund for you. Much appreciated.

“Can't edit red and blue boundary lines after it's been done once ? Why left everyone feeling bitter as it is the thing that most people get wrong in the first instance thefore ended up using another service which lets you amend them as may times as you like”

Hello, thanks for the feedback. In common with most other similar services, once you've purchased the plan and if you've made a mistake, you need to reorder the plan. We do however refund the plan so you can try again. Hope this helps.
