“I ordered I med flag, 2 hand flags and 2 bowler hats for jubilee party having paid £6.99 for next day delivery , all I recieved was the medium flag!! No others turned up I was fuming I know I should have used Amazon they always send items , now I got an email to refund me £ 2.00 something so one small flag cost me £9 it’s decusting device won’t use you again”

“Very disappointing. I bought 48 paper fans and chose this company out of many offering the same product because it stated very clearly that, "Each fan is individually wrapped". Well, not one fan was wrapped and they came in disintegrating cardboard boxes which were literally falling to bits. Not at all what was promised by Party Perfecto so a very disappointing experience which I will not repeat.”
