“Made the order on the 28/11/22 until now didn’t get the delivery which supposed to be in 3-5 business days, can’t track the parcel or to contact the customer service, email sent with no response. Bad experience.”

“I was looking forward to receiving my order as it's is for an upcoming hen party. But as of yet I have not received my order nor have I received any indication my order is ready for collection I'm very disappointed thus far and I have also had no response to the emails I have sent regarding the issue. Hopefully this can be rectified quickly.”

“I paid extra for a next day delivery within a cut time for dispatch stated on company website. Items were not actually dispatched until the day they were supposed to be delivered then the items were not out for delivery until 2 days after dispatch all in all I paid for a next day delivery on a Wednesday for delivery Thursday to be told by Royal Mail they would deliver on Saturday and alas didn’t deliver. No communication from yourselves whatsoever so all in all a pretty poor experience and the items not delivered and had to run around on Saturday morning trying to find similar items which should of been delivered on Thursday I’m sure your organisation is better than that but I’d definitely brush up on customer communication”

“The items did not reach to me in time for my daughter’s birthday party and I had to purchase the gifts last minute from elsewhere. Amazon is much better and trustworthy for such items. There is no contact telephone number also for this company on their website and they do not quickly respond to emails.”

“Very disappointed in the information available on the site for delivery hence ended up paying a lot of money thinking I was getting next day delivery when they were in fact closed so my delivery took a week. The response was to refuse delivery. No apology or refund offered.”

“The worst service ever, paid for next day delivery on Thursday order arrived on Tuesday, said I could return at my cost and would not refund £6.99 paid for next day delivery, would NOT recommend.”
