“I was lead to believe I would be picked up on return, the weather was awful I was soaked getting to the storage depot. In reflection I will pay the extra £10 the airport charge to park on next trip.”

“On collecting our car it was obvious our car had been used in our absence. The seat positions had been changed, the dashboard settings had been changed, the steering wheel position has also been changed as well as the sun visors, head rests and radio settings. We had left the rear seat backs down for our suitcases, but these had been put back up and headrests moved. It appears the mileage on the car had also changed which is not in line with the car just being moved from inside to outside. I’m sure you are not insured to drive vehicles which are left in your safe keeping other than to move from inside/outside. Unfortunately due to this experience we will not be using your services again in future.”
I'm sorry to hear this. Cars, when they are parked at the car park, stay at the car park with all of our car park partners. They are moved on site and that is it, a maximum of a few hundred yards.
“Everything was as expected, the only thing to mention is that once we land and call them to pick up us there were many people waiting for them which is understandable and two vans which is acceptable too, the problem is that it was a bit of chaos as people once see a van run to take a seat without any rules. I think you should have more control on which van pick up which persons, by for example letting know the driver the names so it can be a more fair way to be picked up. Other than that, everything brilliant.”
“We thought the initial drop off was efficient.however getting picked up was another story. We waited in the dark at 12.30am where it was cold and wet with two young children under five., for over an hour as there was only one driver with a large enough car to collect us. We stood and watched him drive back and forth three times. Another driver said it could take three of us but not six!!”
Thank you for your feedback. You shouldn't have been waiting this long. We will speak to the car park to understand what happened and why there was such a delay.
