“Very friendly & efficient service however as a 70year old quite short female, getting into the minibus was very difficult, the step should be available. I had to sit in the front on my return journey as I couldn't reach the high step into the bus!”
“Parking straightforward, but it should be made clear that the meet and greet price does not include the cost to get out of the car park!
It should either be included in the price or made very clear there will be an addition cost .”
“Really reasonable price for leaving our car in a secure and safe place when flying from John Lennon airport. Cheaper than getting a taxi there and back from Warrington and the price includes the shuttle bus too (an extra fiver to the actual terminal).We waited a while on our return in the pick up point but I think this was due to miscommunication between the office and driver. The lads were friendly and apologetic so I would definitely use this service again.”
