This was my first time flying from JL and it was a nightmare trying to find the Imagine car park site . I only got to it because I was meeting a friend who came out onto the highway and directed me to the site ! If you know where it is it's v obvious - just saying ...”

In2carparks signage needed on.minibus used to.pick.up and drop.off so that passengers can clearly see their pickup vehicle when they return from abroad.
Car was ready to go when I returned to the In2carpark. I would have given 5 stars if the mini us had been clearly signed as In2carparks, but it had no signage whatever, so you are guessing if it's your lift or not!

“Very efficient, on time and located 5 minutes from airport.
Only negative was that the transfer mini bus was very old and smelt a bit musty.
Driver was courteous, but didn't really help with cases and drove quick.
They are only slight negatives, hence a score of 4”

“Initially the place isn’t easy to locate, but the service and prompt response to my returning flight which was over 2 hours late more than made up for the first impression.”
“Service good once we got there but the directions / signage was poor. Evans Road is long with a right angled bend and side turnings. We spent 5-10 minute looking for you and asking people we saw who had no idea either! We do not have sat nav, so just the postcode is not a lot of help. In the end we phoned to discover we were 50 yards away, within sight of you but couldn't 'see you'.”
