“In2 car park - On arrival, all was satisfactory and the transfer vehicle took us straight to the airport. On the return journey, when we arrived back at the car park, the driver got out after automatically opening the boot, then left us trying to open the door to get out. He was no where to be seen. We eventually got out of the vehicle and got our own cases out the boot. We just felt that your driver was quite ignorant. It has put us off using your service again.”
“Carpark good itself, but staff a bit rude, when Ive asked about a keyring, which was attached to key. I can understand the policy of not taking responsibility of any additional keys, but I was not a key. I work at the airport meet and greet team myself. We ask the customers politely to give us a key only, there is no need of of comments "Read the terms and conditions, it might help".”
“We found it difficult to find that car park as did others that we asking while looking. When finding the car park very smooth transition to airport mimi bus waiting for us and all staff very helpful, return journey the same mini bus waiting for us, would recommend just need better signage.”
“Very friendly place pity on the way back we were 1st in the queue but whilst talking to the driver to who is he collecting everyone else jumped in and left no room for us the Co. Had many vans parked up but were only using one back and forth after a 5 ish hrs flight that's the look last thing you need”
“Unable to find place from sat nav.had to ask local commisssionaire who said he gets at least one query a day regsrding location. A tennis racquet was missing from the boot of my car on return and I ask could you endeavour to search for me.”
“I would definitely use this parking again beads in this experience! It is a discount operation so if you want first class service this will not suit BUT for us it was brilliant. Very little fuss, phone answered quickly, short waiting time for the nice taxi van either end. Help with bags. Compared to others sites I looked at this was much cheaper. Glad I chose this parking.”
