“Not sure why we have to pay the £5 extra for the airport car park dropping off as there were 3 couples in the minibus each paying £5????? The cost of car parks should be included in the price paid for the car park and not a cash add-on. Is this cash accounted for as a receipt that I can claim against tax? Otherwise parking was very efficient.”

Pick up little difficult as I was expecting a minibus not a car and the car had no identification showing it was In2Carparks - that would have helped - if it had been young girls arriving back they may not have been confident in geting into a strangers car.”
“Step provided without a problem going out but not on return- I was told I should have requested a step but good practice would always have a step on board - you can get good quality fold up ones for between £12 &£20”
“It's a fair walk back when you're tired and just got off he plane. I'd be fuming of it was raining and I'd have to sit and drive in wet clothes for 85 mile. I'd think twice before parking here again. The man at the desk was very pleasant, I'd have paid to be driven up.”
“Was good but after paying £135 for parking with you then to be told we have to pay £5 to drop off my car the another £5 to collect my car was a disappointment!”
“Everything was as expected, the only thing to mention is that once we land and call them to pick up us there were many people waiting for them which is understandable and two vans which is acceptable too, the problem is that it was a bit of chaos as people once see a van run to take a seat without any rules. I think you should have more control on which van pick up which persons, by for example letting know the driver the names so it can be a more fair way to be picked up. Other than that, everything brilliant.”
“The service you run is brilliant when it works. We had no trouble leaving our vehicle and getting to the airport but, coming back was a different story. I rang as soon as we landed. Transport arrived quickly but, only one vehicle and there were around 20 people waiting. This meant we had to wait for the transport to take the first lot of people to the carpark and then come back for the next lot, it was cold as it was 2.30am. Maybe if you know you have quite a few people who need the transport at the same time you should invest in more vehicles so that people arnt waiting around in the cold early hours in the morning. Apart from this , it is a fantastic service.”
“Reasonable price, arrival was perfect. Handed keys taken to the airport straightaway no issues. Unfortunately upon return the standard wasn’t quite the same, the only correspondence we got said to wait where we were dropped off which we did, unfortunately we were waiting a good 10-15 minutes in torrential rain….. the weather I know can’t be controlled but when I used their chat app to try find out where they were or how long they would be, there was no answer but this was the only option as there was no number to ring. Would definitely use again but just think that a number would be handy in case we need to get hold of them.”
