“The parking was reasonably priced but when returning I found the walk to meet the bus had not been explained properly. It was a short walk but unexpected and an assumption was made that we knew where we needed to walk to, which we didnt.”
“The best service to easy dropped right outside the airport and picked up as soon as we got there was really easy only thing is we had to pay to drive out of where the car was dropped off and we didn’t know this other than that it was 10/10”

The drop off depot needs toilet facilities. Other providers have them, this is my only criticism.”
“Great service and although the plane was 4 hours late, when I arrived to pick up the car, it was sorted, and only took a couple of mins to obtain teh keys and leave.”
“This had got potential however the crucial last leg was a nightmare really. We were left waiting for a long period of time at midnight out in the cold due to overuse of the mini bus shuttle. Bad organisation and just one guy in charge. We had a baby with us and whilst he did his best and apologised it was not good. The shuttle bus itself has seen much better days also. Perhaps needs an upgrade.
Nice team overall just fell short at the end.”
