“All went well, except for distances needing to be walked at departure and arrival, and finding the car park on our return. It would be important that you stress the distances involved, and the availability of a (free) shuttle bus. Airport signage is very poor and confusing (i.e. at Terminal 2 there is a sign saying "All car parks" though it refers only to Terminal 2 car parks).”
“Easy to book via this site and very helpful when I needed to change the time of arrival into the car park . Not happy with the car park that was booked but that is another review on the car park site. I cannot fault Parking up with the booking process but maybe they need to make checks on the car parks they are using as this may have an impact on future bookings. I will not be using this site again due to the issues with the car park I was booked into. I was not aware that Parking up are just a booking agent.”
“Usually excellent, however, this time I had to fly home a few days early. I sent a text msg asking for my car to be ready. A few hours later, I rang. I was told "no problem" when I landed, the poor chap on shift hadn't been told & had a stressful time finding 4 sets of keys and moving other cars to get mine out. Well done & thank you but shame on your colleagues.”
“Good service specially the outbound driver on the 9th Feb (about 7-8am) was very helpful to me (a new knee) and wife (broken wrist) with luggage. Inbound driver (19th- 8-9pm) was ok - did what was expected and just drove the bus, nothing above and beyond thou..”
“Very convenient for the airport, would be better if it were covered. I think the guidance needs to be updated as instructions say drive up to barrier and take ticket but you don't get a ticket so was then wondering if it was the right car park.
A little expensive but would use again if flying from Liverpool.”

“The barrier didn't rise to let me in on arrival or when we left. The staff however were very efficient, they took my registration number and surname and opened the barrier on both occasions. Very short walk to the terminal, no other complaints 😊”
“Parking was ok. I drove in, left the car, got shipped to the airport and got picked up after holiday and delivered to the parking. My car was waiting in the same condition. Shuttle bus driver was quite unhappy person though, which impacted the overal experiance slighty. I most likely try other company next time.
Service was delivered in unhappy manner, but it was delivered as promised.”
“Pretty good service - early morning start and straight forward process and parking etc. I had already read that there was a £5 charge to drop off outside the airport - still cheaper than the alternative. Only people on the bus. Called on landing and bus wait was 5 mins and directly back to the office”
