“Excellent traffic signage on our way in. Found a parking space but as first timers in the car park, it took time in the dark to spot the nearest bus stop. A higher sign for vehicular exit and directions to bus stops would have helped but having said that, the best parking experience parking at Manchester to date.”
“The service was ok and low cost. However the initial paperwork looked professional but they gave the wrong number to inform the driver of our impending arrival. We called it but the person on the other end had never heard this company….very distressing, thought I’d been scammed. Upon arrival at T5 level 4 we had a phone call from the pick up driver so panic over and all was well. Ali was polite and courteous and efficient at both ends of the parking duration. But check the telephone numbers next time”

“Badly organised arrival. Very poor initial signage on approach. Very tight space at almost full to rear approach once we located arrival point.
On return/leaving your premises again poor signage. Leaving the worst until last:- EXITING THE PARKING BUILDING (ex multi-storey main parking it would seem) to actually locate YELLOW EXIT was only thanks to eventually seeing a helpful person who directed a poorly laid out "ESCAPE ROUTE ". Far far worse than when last used. Won't happen again.”
