“Awful experience . . . .outgoing and incoming. The airport is great, staff are great but the lack of proper car park signage left me a nervous wreck and caused me to panic at 11p. Not appropriate or responsible service for £136. A complete disregard for older and lone people. NEVER again!!! I'd sooner pay £200 for a taxi service.”

“We'd seen the Sentinel bus at Leeds Bradford airport so we decided to try it as an alternative to a taxi. Booked a slot on the internet. On the day we drove up, parked the car, gave name, reg and key at reception and got on the bus, less than 5 minutes later we were in the airport. Coming back was obviously the same procedure in reverse with directions to which row the car was parked in. Simple, straightford and it was £60 cheaper than the taxi”
