“This is not a meet and greet car park, when we arrived we were told we had to walk to the terminal because they had nobody to transfer us even though we had an austic person in there pyjamas. The site is offsite not in the terminal and you also have to pay additional fees if a transfer is available. If your car is parked outside there is a sign saying that they are not responsible for your car or any damage.
Absolutely unbelievable charging meet and greet prices utter disgrace and deception.

“Extra payment is taken for the shuttle when already paid in full for parking.
When on a business trip unable to add into existing invoice as it already has been issued.
No notice about the Extra £5 on the website.”
“A good system. We had problem in finding the car due to not realising we should have taking note of the lane reference number. Perhaps it would have been helpful of advising the customer to let them know of the system when they book with yourselves. Bear in mind we are not complaining. We would book again with yourselves.
