“I contacted ParcelDirect.ie. for the first time and found them very helpful in the following areas: 1. Prompt, came to pick up the parcel at the time I expected. 2. I was able to navigate their website easily and find out the cost which was very reasonable and tracking. 3. The driver of their van was extremely helpful as I had a very unusual shape to the parcel. He guided me insofar as the parcel was not really wrapped right and I asked if would he come back the next day and he did, giving me time and advice on the wrapping.”

Firstly the very competitive price, which was my first reason for choosing Parcel Direct, but then the promptness of the pickup, the friendly driver. the ease of booking and the quick and safe delivery from Ireland to Germany of my saxophone. “I sent a valuable item to the usa. Very carefully packaged. The gentleman that collected it understood to be very careful with it. It arrived at its destination in 2 days flat in perfect condition. Couldn't have been happier with the service. Highly recommended!”
