“I would highly recommend Parcel Direct who are excellent and so professional. I booked this service for the first time very recently to collect an item purchased in the UK for delivery to Ireland and was so impressed with excellent customer service. There is an online form to fill out which is easy to follow. and Michael in parcel direct was so helpful and courteous answering any query I had in relation to the online form as this was my first time booking Parcel Direct but the online form is easy to follow.. They print the shipping label forwarding to the collection address in the UK very promptly and organising collection by the courier. I had a choice of when item was to be collected choosing next day. The courier collected item early next morning. The cost was very reasonable and was delighted to receive my package so quickly without any issues. I was so impressed with Parcel Direct and would book them again in the foreseeable future. I seldom write reviews but Parcel Direct are excellent.”
