“The Parcel Direct website was very clear and easy to use. I really liked being able to compare different quotes side by side — the price differences were huge, so it was great to see everything laid out so clearly. Labels and documentation were straightforward to access and print. Overall, a very smooth process and I would highly recommend Parcel Direct.”

“I had to return items and this was different to the last retun I did as its now drop off in a shop, drop off was once the post office. The process was quick and easy .the location made it easy for parking and there were no cues. Great service all round thanks”
