“Looking for a courier service to transport my 30kg parcel to Germany took hours of adding the detailed answers into the various couriers websites. DHL asked Euro 197.34 which I considered excessive. DPD repeatedly answered " Too heavy ". DPD repeatedly asked :"Repack into smaller parcels" which needed separate documentation for each package. TRUSTPILOT answered which couriers had loads of warning reviews causing me to avoid them. After many hours of investigating GLS, UPS, FedEx and others I came across PARCEL DIRECT i.e. : WITHIN MINUTES I RECEIVED THE SHIPPING LABEL I NEEDED and the Parcel is on its way to Germany. I recommend to directly contact PARCEL DIRECT since they show all the various quotations and information at one glance! THANK YOU, Karl H.Keller”

“ParcelDirect was easy to use. It was a straightforward process and their website is very easy to navigate. Once I put through my booking, I was given clear instructions on what would happen with my parcel. I also received an invoice straight away which left it easy for my accounts. “This is my first experience using PARCEL Direct. Using the online application was easy. Unfortunately, the Centra Shop I nominated for collection would not accept the parcel as it was rather large for them to accommodate. A quick phone call to Parcel Direct resolved the difficulty and within a few hours, my parcel was collected from my address. Super service from PARCEL DIRECT. I will be recommending it to friends and keeping it in mind for future use.”
