“Very happy with the results. Wanted to return a small item to Amazon . Post office won’t take it if it has a battery so was stuck. Straightforward process with parcel direct. Price was best around.”

“Did not know which courier service to use but using Parcel Direct.ie gave me a list of options which made the process so much easier. The courier service I chose was efficient, the labels printed OK and the package was collected for onward delivery the next day. All very efficient would definitely use again.”

“Satisfied with the service - overall it took c. 4 days to have my oder delivered 2 of which were weekend days Sun and Sat. I live in an apartment and the delivery guy kindly brought it up to my door - extremely handy and convenient service. It was also straight forward for booking it online. Recommend!”

“I had never thought of or considered using a delivery company outside of An Post. I assumed it would be difficult and / or pricey. I was surprised that the prices were competitive. Moreover, the package was collected from my home which made it convenient. We would recommend the service.”

“Exceptional service! First time to use this company. Speedy delivery Dublin to UK but the deal changer compared to other companies was the cost initially and the friendly manner of the pick up driver both of which ensure ParcelDirect.ie will be my "go to" provider in future and will recommend. Things like that make a difference!”
