“So far so good. My parcel was collected as promised at a very busy time just 5 days before Christmas. App was easy to use & they are easily contactable. Driver who collected the parcel was very pleasant.”

“I found myself with a heavy parcel and running out of time to get it to USA for Christmas, thankfully I found Parcel Direct! Downloaded the app, booked the pick up and saved over €35 compared to AnPost… it should be delivered in 4/6 working days! Brilliant customer service too when I needed a question answered.. will definitely be using them again 100%”
