“I used Parcel Direct to deliver Easter Eggs for my grandchildren Parcel offered 1/2 delivery,It took them 6 days to deliver. Grandchildren did not receive their Easter Eggs in time Great service it takes 6 days for a 1/2 day delivery . Will never use them again”

“Due to COVID-19, a time where I cannot see my boyfriend, I decided to send him a care package, and thanks to Parcel Direct they made it so easy for me. All I had to do was leave the package at my door, and they collected it and send it away, and they handled my package with care. It is something nice for me to do for him as this has been hard for both of us, but hopefully, this will be over soon and I can see him again. Thank you, Parcel Direct for helping me.”
