“I recently used the online Parcel Direct.ie services for a parcel. The website process was straight forward and easy to use, entering pickup and delivery address & payment options, their rates are excellent value. The parcel was collected the day I had requested and delivered the following day. I would recommend parcel direct and will use them again soon myself.”

“Excellent service. this was my first time using Parcel Direct and i would definitely do so again. i paid the small bit extra for next day delivery (so worth it). Parcel collected at 3.15pm in Co. Waterford, Ireland 7/1/2021, and in Edinburgh, Scotland 1.30pm 8/1/2021”

“This is my first time using a courier service and parcel direct have been extremely helpful. They are dealing with all kinds of problems withe Brexit etc but still managed to take the time to explain everything to a new customer. “First time using ParcelDirect.ie in December to send a present to England which had a fragile gift in it. The customer service representative I spoke to was very helpful and friendly to deal with and assured me that the parcel would be handled with extreme care. The pick-up and delivery times were Excellent. Present delivered before Christmas all intact. I will definitely be using this provider in the future.”

“Wow what a service.... collection from your front door and I did not even have to print a label. It was collected the next day by such a friendly guy - cost much less than the post office and I did not have to leave the comfort of my own home.. highly recommend.
