“I used the Parcel Direct for the first time as the parcels were too heavy and over-sized for my usual Parcel Connect. Booked a 2 parcel service on a Thursday for delivery from Cork to France. The total weight of the packages was 39kg - 1 large package, 1 smaller package. Printed my own labels, packages were collected exactly as described. I tracked the shipments via their website and the FEDEX website, I knew where and when the parcel would be delivered. The 2 parcels were delivered the following Wednesday at a very reasonable price using the economy service. What a fantastic service - will definitely use them again and highly recommend.”

“AFTER TRYING SEVERAL COMPANIES TO SEND MY SMARTPHONE BACK TO U.K. FOR REPAIR FINALLY FOUND PARCEL DIRECT WHO MADE THE WHOLE THING VERY EASY TO DO. EVEN AS MUCH AS ADVICE ON HOW TO PACKAGE THE CONTENTS SAFELY, IF ONLY I HAD KNOWN ABOUT THEM BEFORE, WILL DEFINATELY USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.”

“Thanks guys for such as simple user friendly system to organise my package to be sent to my niece in New Zealand. An Post are not delivering to NZ since March so I'm thrilled to have found this service and I can finally send a present to my niece who I haven't met yet. Thanks again, Suzanne”
