“Great idea & service, but would use a different courier next time. GLS wasn’t very careful at handling the package, one of the art pieces got damaged”

“A GREAT SERVICE: I used parcel direct to send a parcel, which included clothes, books, an ipad (needed a battery label for this) and some goodies to my son who is studying in Poland. Great customer support from Ryan in the Cork office and I was able to track the parcel each step of the way, from pick up to delivery. I would definitely use parcel direct again. Thank you. “Parcel arrived safely in UK by 10am next day. First time using parceldirect.ie. Easy to use and best price I could find. Would've liked a narrower window of pick up time but driver did call first. Great service!”

“I don’t have issue an issue with Parcels Direct but with Fedex!! Asked for next day pick up, waited in all day. No pick up. Call their 1800 number, told someone came by but you weren’t home. I WAS at home and nobody came. Asked for a window of time to expect them, hold on and I will give you one. The answer? Any time between now and 5pm!! Then got asked how I was going to pay. Already paid for. No, it’s not. Told them I wasn’t paying twice for the parcel. Will use your company again BUT not Fedex.”

“Very easy websites to use. Efficient and friendly collection/delivery driver. Only negative thing to say is it would be good to get a more precise collection time. Two hour window etc not just 9.30-5.30.”

“Great service from Parcel Direct. We had urgent letter to go to US and it was picked up on a Thursday and delivered on the following Monday. Easy to track on website and labels emailed for printing etc. Couldn't be easier.”
