“This review Im leaving for pall mall newton le willows after my treatment today.I had surgery done abroad and unfortunately had more fluid build up when I arrived in the uk, I searched for a clinic nearby that could give me cosmetic aftercare and drain it for me, luckily I found pal mall medical and was put through to a coordinator called Helen Stuart, I explained everything to her and told her what was wrong she asked me to mail her pictures as I contacted Her late Friday she was professional and caring and understanding and urgently arranged my appointment for me after ringing me first thing Monday morning and getting me a appointment for the same day. I arrived at the clinic and was warmly welcomed by her, I arrived a little late but luckily Dr pratap still managed to see me. Mr Prasad pleasantly greeted me and warmly invited me in and was keen on fixing what was wrong he immediately checked my seroma and did not waste any time to get me treated he was very caring professional patient focused compassionate and knowledgable. I received my treatment from DR Prasad he was concerned about my wellbeing , he urgently quick lay and carefully administered my aspiration I was made to feel at ease, he was extremely professional and personable and I felt in safe hands throughout the procedure. Overall I am very pleased with the doctors help and I cannot recommend him enough Thankyou very much for getting rid of the painful fluid and seeing me at such short notice I was consulted by him and treated all within about 40 minutes of being at the clinic. I walked out of the clinic feeling much better. Fast and fantastic. Amazing doctor and helpful staff very caring and patient oriented Thankyou To Dr Prasad for his utmost care and expert treatment and lovely Helen Stuart for arranging everything. Highly recommend.”

“I would like to say a big thank you to pall mall medical centre, all the staff, sarah who kept me updated with everything, Mrs Blundell, the nurses, anaethists ,thank you so much.A special thank you to Mr Prasad for removal of my ruptured breast implants , replacing new ones, I only ever wanted natural looking breast and he did just that, I’m so happy with them, I haven’t got one bruise not much swelling , it’s been 11 days since my op and I feel fine 😁very good surgeon I would highly recommend him. Thank you pall mall 😄👍”

“I would like to start by saying Helen Stuart is an asset to company. Some people just get it and she does. Good customer service is rare these days! Great communication from start to finish. At one point I had contacted a few places for this treatment and no body got back to me. I was starting to loose hope. Thank fully Helen was able to take care of everything for me and it was a straightforward experience which I am very grateful for having regularly experiencing bad customer service. I will definitely be recommending and will be my first consideration for any future treatments. Thanks”

“I had my op done just 3 weeks ago... they made me feel very comfortable and at ease for my first ever op all the staff were very friendly, Helen kept in contact with me and was amazing. Mr Prasad was my surgeon and already 3 weeks in over the moon with my results. “Would highly recommend Pall Mall, from the first phone call right the way through to aftercare the service was amazing. Helen the patient co-ordinator is so helpful and professional. She was so accommodating and was so quick at responding to any questions I had. All the staff at the Newton Le willows hospital where also great, Bernice was so lovely and made me feel really at ease. My surgeon Mr Krishnan was amazing. “Great service overall, staff are all very friendly and helpful. Surgery went without any hiccups and was a very relaxed atmosphere. The on-call element following surgery was absolutely fantastic and personally reassured me when I was feeling something was wrong. The only down side was not being able to get in touch with the clinic via phone when I rang, I found that my calls were cut off quite a few times when trying to make contact. Personally would have preferred the post op compression bandages to have been provided by the clinic so I knew what ones were correct following otoplasty however these were easily purchased after a bit of research.”

“Superb hospital. Had really good care through my gynaecomastia surgery. Nurses were excellent and really looked after me. Room was spotless and had a TV too! Surgery went well and ive had follow up appointments to see the Surgeon and Nurses regularly too. Nearly fully healed, barely see any scaring and love my new flatter chest. No need to feel embarrassed with my top off anymore. Mr Krishnan was top class, thanks to all the staff too. Highly recommend Pall Mall Cosmetics.”

“Amazing staff! Helen, the patient coordinator help fix a problem from a previous cosmetic surgery which totally wasn’t her problem or job but went above and beyond to help with this! The nurses especially Maxine, Danielle and Bev are amazing and a credit to Pall Mall. Maxine was amazing throughout my recovery constantly calling me back and texting me to reassure me of my wounds, even throughout the bank holiday weekend she made sure I was ok, I can’t tell you how much this meant having that extra support when your not feeling well! Bev looked after me throughout my night stay, such a lovely lady who made me feel like it was my own mum looking after me! Danielle was amazing when I went in and the day after when I had to go back. It’s so much more easier when you have people who aren’t just amazing at their job but genuinely care about how you feel! Also, thank you Mr Shabban for your amazing work!
