“We specified 'residential' on the bookong. We often have haulier deliveries to our address ( a business ) the driver was not able to get to our main entrance. His first words were " my pallet truck has no power it will have to be off loaded and left where it is and not moved " It blocked the pavment. His attitude was so negative. We pay for a sevice in a sector where there is no shortage of competition and almost always the drivers make effort to do their best. This was not the case sadly.”

Hi Nick, thanks for your feedback. We can see that your goods were collected and delivered on time, but we weren’t informed of any issue beyond this review. If you had reached out at the time, we could have worked with the depot to find a resolution. The drivers work for depots within our network rather than directly for us, and while most feedback is positive, we always welcome comments (positive or negative) so we can pass them on to the depots and ensure the best possible service. Sorry to hear this experience didn’t meet expectations, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. 🚛

“Very good service and website. My first time using a pallet delivery. I needed picking up from a residential address, and felt a little daunted at using this service. I needed advice on packing and also a date change, and the 'chat' function was really effeicient and helpful.”

“failed to collect on agreed date, failed to inform us you were not collecting. £3k of kit left outside overnight, unsecure, as a result of your poor practices”

Hi Ian, sorry to hear about this. Unfortunately, we were not notified by the depot of the collection failure on the day, but as soon as we identified the issue through our internal scanning, we reached out. Please note that collection dates are based on best endeavours, as stated at the time of booking, and while we have the best on-time collection rate in the industry, they are not guaranteed. For security, we always advise against leaving a pallet outside overnight. If you'd like to discuss this further, please get in touch with our team. 🚛

“Fantstic service at point of collection the right size vehicle was used and the driver had tail lift and pallet truck to load the engine on to vehicle. have not heard any issues with delivery customer left poitive feedback with ebay on engine so can only assume everything was great at delivery. Driver at point of collection and delivery called to update on progress of delivery. Hioghly recomened.”

“Great service from start to finish, delivery driver was nice chap , only thing that needs improving is a eta on arrival of collecting good but besides that I’d use this over most pallet company’s”

“Unfortunately when unloading the driver lost control of the pallet truck and the bricks all ended up in the road and quite a few were damaged. After assisting the driver stack them back on the pallet they were then left obstructing part of the road and I had to use my own equipment to barrier off as it would be a hazard to road users. Delivery was quite a lot and I have ended up with damaged products.”

“A better more up to date and informative tracking system could be implemented. It wasn’t very helpful in showing my client that the pallet was collected when it only gets updated 24 hours after collection. E mail updates would also help as I don’t want to have to keep logging in.”

Thanks for your feedback, Michael. The current tracking system operates this way across all networks, as there is no scan until the goods leave the depot for their onward journey. We've raised the idea of a scan upon collection to improve tracking, and it's being considered for the next system update later this year. Tracking has always been web-based and doesn't require a login - just your order number. However, if you're logged in, you'll see more detailed information. We’ve aimed to avoid excessive emails since tracking is available online, but we've had multiple requests for email updates, so we’ll now look to implement this. Appreciate your input! 🚛👍
