“Booking a courier is something I have not had to do in 30 years, with the information supplied from the seller of my items (the approx weight of the bricks on a europallet), booking a collection online was very straight forward and simple. Although at a slight extra cost, the option to book an AM slot was an absolute benefit for myself as my depot is not always manned. collection and delivery was very quick, 3 days from booking to delivery, all within the timeframe specified and I cannot fault the delivery driver. I would not hesitate to use Palletsonline again should the need arise.”

“Urgent export delivery, we called and they were able to bring back delivery time by 4 days and then managed to deliver one day earlier. Mavia was superb couldnt have been more helpful. Thanks Jof Reynolds SEA UK Limited”

“I have used PalletOnline about 3 times now for collections. The prices seem good value, the set up of the collection easy, good website (makes sense to a non-logistics person) and delivery was smooth and prompt. Creation of documents also helpful and simple I didnt appear to get any comms to confirm that my collection had been picked up OK. This would have been good”

“Initially the collection couldn’t be made due to an accident on the road leading to delays that the driver couldn’t make the collection. However with no tracking or accurate times being given I was unable to tell the collection location when to expect the pick up. Once the pick up was actually made, the process went smoothly and the delivery driver was accurate and helpful and dropped the pallet as instructed. Better tracking or more accurate times would make the process much better but would still use again. Thank you”

Thanks for your feedback, Neil. We appreciate your understanding regarding the delay, which was unfortunately caused by a fatal accident that day. Collection times can be challenging to predict as they follow deliveries, and tracking updates are only available once the vehicle returns to base. “Amazing service but If I pay for a pallet and wrap I would expect to see it wrapped and put on a pallet with the correct label attached rather than trust that the driver will do this once he leaves with the goods.”
