The tracking system is really good. I could check and see exactly where my items were. It was a fast delivery and my items were in perfect condition when they were delivered.

Hi Paul, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. I'm truly sorry that your first booking with us didn't go as smoothly as we had hoped. After digging into the details, it seems that the initial collection encountered some capacity challenges, which sadly resulted in the driver being unable to pick up the goods. As soon as we were informed about the issue, we relayed this message and upgraded the delivery for you at no extra cost, to ensure that your goods still reached their destination on the requested date. Unfortunately, the following day, it seems that there was some miscommunication regarding the closing time of the collection point. We were informed around 4pm that the collection point had closed, but when we contacted the driver to find out when they were due to collect the pallet, they were already en route to the collection point and would arrive before 5pm. Typically, our collections operate between 9am and 5pm, unless a pre-3pm collection has been specifically arranged. I'm really glad to see that the collection was completed successfully the next day. I must stress that delays like this are really unusual for us. We retain the highest success rate in the industry, so it's really disappointing for us when failures like this occur. We sincerely apologise for any confusion caused by this. We understand how important it is to have clear communication, and we will definitely take your feedback into account to improve our processes moving forward. I did have problems with this pick-up - the driver said he didn't have the required equipment to take the pallet although I had paid the extra for the stated weight and an electric pump truck etc. After a lot of to-and-fro over email (why no phone number??) by the end of the day I was not clear whether I would get a pick-up the next day. However the following day a driver arrived and took away the pallet with no fuss and it was delivered without incident two days later.

I completely understand how frustrating that must have been for you. After looking into the details, it appears that there was some miscommunication between the collection depot and us regarding the availability of an electric pump truck. From our records, it looks as though the pallet may have been over the 850kg declared on the booking, which appears to be the reason why the driver was having issues moving the pallet in the first instance. I'm really pleased to hear that the driver showed up the next day and successfully collected the pallet without any hassle. We truly appreciate your feedback, and we will share your concerns with the collection depot. Regarding our contact information, I'd like to apologise for not making our phone number more prominent. We made the decision to temporarily remove the number from the help page because we know firsthand how frustrating it can be to wait on hold for assistance. I had the best possible experience with Pallet online. The quoting/booking process is very straight forward. Customer service promptly responded all my questions. The collection guy was friendly. I am very pleased with it and will certainly be using their service again

Excellent service. Nicki sorted out and resolved problems that arose when seller made an error with regards to collection. Also the delivery driver was was extremely good. Highly recommended and I will certainly use this company again should the need arise.
