“Easy ordering system, clear website. I was shown a price for next day but when "submitting" the order the next day option disappeared - not sure why but it wasn't a major problem for me this time around. Asked for collection with tail lift and although the carrier did have a tail lift and pallet truck these could not be used as due to other pallets on the truck by the time he got to us there was no room at the back! Luckily we knew where there was a forklift locally and also luckily it was available for us to use to load the pallet on the side - this could have been a problem had the forklift not been available. Apart from that the collection and delivery were smooth and on time. Will use the service again as its good prices and well organised (normally!)”

“I really enjoy the service and I can still use pallethub in the future but I will like the drivers to call me in advance to let me know the day of delivery not half an hour before delivery. Overall the service & charges was good”

“needed an engine collected for one of the most undesirable poorly designed vehicles alive today... Merc Sprinters (311/313). euro 4/5!!.. same as.C220 eng!! They wreck cranks!...Found a brand new one, and wondered how to get it home to my mecchanic Trevor!....Guy who sold me the engine (Gentleman Mr brooks!)...said type in pallethub and get a quote...from start to finish, i spoke to no-one, and the quote was simply confusingly cheap! £70 something plus vat!!! I mean...How you guys run these companies is beyond me quoting prices this low....Glad i'm only selling vehicles..(when they dont explode!)..thanks again, whoever you are. Engine was delivered just like your invoice said...And tracking is good too, except its all coded...secret society stuff!....regards Ralph Loney”

“This is for the 2nd Pallet I have sent to a UK offshore address, and in both instances Pallethub have been excellent. They offered the best price for both consignments but gave full tracking, arrived when the said they would and delivered on time or early. You can't ask for more than that in a pallet delivery company, very happy with them and will be using them again.”

“Having spend 3 weeks being messed around by Shipleys couriers, I stumbled across Pallethub. They collected a 60kg leather chair, wrapped and provided the pallet and delivered next day for far less than I'd been quoted by Shipleys 'no show' couriers! They were absolutely fantastic. My only criticism is they collected the chair 2 days earlier than requested, but fortunately the seller happened to be available. Will definitely use again”
