Tried to arrange a pallet delivery from England to N. Ireland. None of the Pallet Hum carrier were willing to do the minimal 'paperwork' required. Found that PalletOn Line was well able to arrange the transport.

I'm George Lavrentiadis based in Greece, and I bought a Kiddy Ride on ebay. I placed an order on 29/9/18 for collection of a Kiddy Ride from the uk seller (Michael). I ticked the palletising option in my order and paid the bill of 78.80 pounds. On 3rd October, the seller (Michael) emailed this: I rung the pallet hub company to ask if they are collecting ride today as ive waited in all morning and heard nothing. they tell me they wont come up my 100 foot gravel drive to collect the ride nor will they palletize it and wrap it firstly I would have to put it on pallet and wrap it. and the other thing is they say you havnt payed for pallet and wraping service which is £25. I have no way of lifting this down to the main road and they wont drive up to my garage as they only do curb side collections because of insurance as in there terms and conditions so they are not coming to collect it today. this is becoming a problem. if you want to cancel the purchase due to collection problems then that's ok with me. I cancelled the order and never got the goods...

Booked an oversize pallet supply and wrap service along with my collection and delivery. Network partner did not even arrive as they said they do not provide oversize pallets. So why offer them as an option on the site? My client spent the whole day waiting on a courier that never arrived and was never going to in the first place. A call would have been good instead of me having to chase it. Having said all that a full refund was issued promptly.

Asked for next day delivery. No show!! The driver said there was no one on Site which is odd because I live in a residential area. My office looks out on to the road and I can say with 100% certainty that no lorries came up the road at the time they specified. The driver was lying!! Unless I had contacted you I wouldn't have had any idea what was happening no one contacted me at all!! I wont be using you or recommending you to anyone. Why would I?

I have already written this review. The person that collected the pallet from us was excellent, most competent. The rest of the service has been very poor. Why is it not possible to book a collection/delivery by speaking to a PERSON? Why offer the tracking service if it does not work? As a consequence I am left to assume that the pallet has in fact been delivered as no confirmation has been received.

Ordered on Monday afternoon. Collected on Wednesday but driver said it was wrong pallet. Finally collected on Thursday. It then went through Mansfield depot to the central hub. I presume it then went to Liverpool before going to the Isle of Man. I then get a phone call asking for £412 for an oversize pallet. Why was it not oversize at the other depots? You would not return it or deliver it. I paid an extra £137 in the end and Won't be using you in the future.

Only given 1 star as 0 wasn't an option. DO NOT EVER USE MITCHELLS OF MANSFIELD as a matter of personal safety. They outsource jobs which I would assume is the norm when connecting freight across the UK which is fine. What isn't fine is that the company they used in the South East sent a driver that dragged the item across the back of the delivery vehicle and couldn't care less, then verbally abused me for asking him to stop and then after an argument ensued, threatened me with physical abuse. Whilst the driver and that company apologised unreservedly which I have accepted, Mitchells of Mansfield have dragged their feet and I have had to pursue a refund from them for the abhorrent experience. The director in her emails has accused me of being sharp in my tone and sees it fit to continue to make this a truly unpleasant experience. Avoid at all costs.

Unfortunately we have received very poor service from this company. Firstly they did not provide their palletising service when and as requested. Due to this our items were a day late being collected. They promised to have the pallets delivered to the destination by 12 noon the next day. They failed to deliver on this and were over 4 hours late. Further to this I have since tried to contact them and complain and have had no response which is particularly appalling.

Delivery arrived minus the vast majority of the products I had ordered due to delivery pick-up guy being unable to read the order which told him exactly what he had to pick up. Also communication and customer service virtually non-existent due to the myriad of people you have to try to deal with. Avoid like the plague.

On Wednesday 30th July we booked a Thursday 31st July collection via your website from FourtechAtv in Chalkhouse Green,Reading RG4 9AB of a Race Engine to be delivered by Friday 1st August of which had to be fitted and running by Saturday 2nd for Racing at Dragon Quad Racing on Sunday 3rd August, everything was fine until I checked with Gary Macbeth of FoutechAtv who said at 17.30 p.m on Thursday that no collection was being made as the system had 'rolled' the collection over to Friday which meant we would not receive the engine until Monday ! Obviously that now put both myself and Gary Macbeth out as we now had to arrange a meeting that night 150 miles from my home at Oxford services M40 which is 60 miles from his home. I managed to get to bed at 01.20 a.m ! The result is we won our race but we are now both out of pocket due to your company NOT keeping to the arranged contract, I would appreciate a reply to this email, Rod Griffiths

Waiting till 6 o'clock for pallet to be collected , call customer services to be told driver is not contactable . A joke first tiime using and won't again STAY WELL AWAY !!!

Pallet was not picked up on date i was given, when it arrived with me the goods had been damaged in transit, don't think i will be using pallethub again!

Terrible insulting service Collection date was 4/4/14 I took the day off work and no collection was made I phoned headquarters and they said collection was 8/4/14 which was a lie, and made me wonder if I had made a mistake but I checked and have a screenshot of the order it was the 4/4/14 to be collected Now it is 6/4/14 still not collected the recipient is not happy, I am out of pocket by taking a day off work and to top it off you send me a "review after the order has been completed" and it's not been collected yet!! If you turned up and I was not in you charge £15 for the few minutes inconvenience, which is fair enough. I took a day off work and have had the worry and emails to the buyer over the weekend. so I would expect the collection to be made on Monday and delivered next day and a refund and a days wages that's only fair You say you want to provide a service you would like to recieve well I doubt you would want to give up a days wages to wait in and then have to repeat the operation due to a no show from a courier I usually use another pallet company as I send a lot of larger items and if this is not sorted quickly I will be using them in future not you Kind regards

sitting in my office at 17.14 having been promised they would collect by 16.30... I phoned at 17.10 to be told "driver not answering his phone" he will be with you by 17.30. How would they know that if they cant talk with driver... Grrrrr..... do I wait til midnight ????
