Easy ordering system, clear website. I was shown a price for next day but when "submitting" the order the next day option disappeared - not sure why but it wasn't a major problem for me this time around. Asked for collection with tail lift and although the carrier did have a tail lift and pallet truck these could not be used as due to other pallets on the truck by the time he got to us there was no room at the back! Luckily we knew where there was a forklift locally and also luckily it was available for us to use to load the pallet on the side - this could have been a problem had the forklift not been available. Apart from that the collection and delivery were smooth and on time. Will use the service again as its good prices and well organised (normally!)
