competitive quote and picked and delivered item within two days of paying online unfortunately the item was not strapped to the side of the truck and suffered damage as a result. Other delivers have been fine but driver careless on this occasion

The PEOPLE that we dealt with while arranging the collection/delivery were fine. However the booking system that we are obliged to use is dreadful. It would be so much better if we were able to arrange things by speaking to a PERSON. I can only imagine the number of customers that you have lost because they simply gave up with the booking system

Response to the booking was fine. Collection was made on time, & communication made. However: detail of delivery vehicle was not made available before booking was completed, & I had to telephone to make sure that this would be 7.5ton vehicle with tail-lift & pallet truck. Then: despite having made sure that delivery could only be accepted on 25th, driver from Allenways arrived Wednesday 24th at 12.45 in vehicle that could not get close. Contacted then on 25th to say delivery would now not be until 26th. - insisted on delivery after 2.00pm, & requested call prior to drop. No call received! Driver very helpful and stated that communication breakdown was fault of Palletways. Would use again because of price, but I feel attention to detail is lacking! Norman McLeod I was recipient - Jason was vendor I made & paid for contract.

consignment should have been collected on Monday 6th June . when chasing up late that day I was advised that the driver had forgotten the collection ! was collected on 7th . way below your normally excellent service . mobile 07808 909609 if you wish to discuss .

We were given a user name and password to enable us to track the progress of the delivery but there was "No Tracking Available". Is this normal? If so, what is the point of giving the customer the user name and password?

My pallet arrived on time but due to the driver's fault, the whole pallet fell down and some of my stocks have been damaged. I did wrote to pallet hub the same day online, now it's one week already still no one contact me about this matter. That's let me down a bit.

Could have done with more info as to where in the country the pallet was. Hub 10 and such is of no use to me as I dont have a clue where that is

Disappointed that although we asked on the phone for collection to be before 5 the 3 consignments were not collected until about 5.30. When you asked me to write a review I tracked the items and found one has not been delivered as it was left too late in the day. I will try you again next week but I hope to see better results as I don't like to let our customers down. We paid for the 3 consignments by phone so i've not received an invoice, could you please forward one to me. Regards Paul Managing Director Keyte Smith Ltd

You collected on time, hut deliveted a day late, people do have lives that do not involve waiting in for non deliveries
