“Hi This is not intended as a poor review but as we were are third party in this delivery IE We booked you to collect from a storage company and delivery to our customer , You ( or your driver ? ) are more aware of how this delivery went than we are ? So may I ask you to provide ourselves with any feedback you have .This will help me in my feedback . What I would say is IF there was a problem with pick up OR delivery its a little late to be asking about it now . 24 hours after the scheduled delivery would have been more appropriate . “A GOOD EXPERIENCE. I recently needed to transport a quad bike from Leeds to Devon and searched online for a pallet collection and delivery service that was sensibly priced. I came across Pallet Hub. Their prices were exceptionally good value so I decided to book it. It was extremely simple to book. The collection was fantastically quick and delivery just as quick. What I liked most about using Pallet Hub was the speed in which my order was processed; tracking service - even though I had selected the standard service, it was great to see exactly what was happening at any given time.... and the speed of collection and delivery and the lovely, cheerful and professional service by the driver made my experience very very positive. Thank you. TO MOVE FROM 'GOOD' TO 'EXCELLENT': To make this experience an excellent one, rather than just 'good' you would need to improve your web ordering page: Because, even though I had roughly calculated myself the cost of 2 pallets, and had entered this information into your web pages, I was very confused as to the total charges right up to 'checkout' and even then I was unsure as to what you had debited from my card.. At no time, even at the point of sale, was it confirmed to me, what I was being charged. During my enquiry/order, I kept clicking on to the "NEXT' button to see what my total charge would be - but nothing ever was displayed. I kept clicking on to the "NEXT' button to see if it would show me- but nothing ever did. Suddenly I was on the CONFIRM page before I knew it and clicked on this hoping at this time it would show me. But all I got was a message saying that my order had been successful. I was extremely frustrated that the site did not make this clear.”

“Easy ordering system, clear website. I was shown a price for next day but when "submitting" the order the next day option disappeared - not sure why but it wasn't a major problem for me this time around. Asked for collection with tail lift and although the carrier did have a tail lift and pallet truck these could not be used as due to other pallets on the truck by the time he got to us there was no room at the back! Luckily we knew where there was a forklift locally and also luckily it was available for us to use to load the pallet on the side - this could have been a problem had the forklift not been available. Apart from that the collection and delivery were smooth and on time. Will use the service again as its good prices and well organised (normally!)”

“I really enjoy the service and I can still use pallethub in the future but I will like the drivers to call me in advance to let me know the day of delivery not half an hour before delivery. Overall the service & charges was good”

“Very quick, efficient & cost effective service - would definitely use again. That said, we were surprised that the pallet arrived on a flatbed with no means of unloading despite request for delivery with tail-lift, but luckily we were able to borrow a forklift from across the road; not everyone would have been so fortunate and I don't know what they would have done !”
