“Very poor service. Charged me £9.99 for a missed collection when i was in all day waiting for them. Even tried telling me the tried to ring me but i didnt have any missed calls. Was unwilling to check with the driver if he was at the right house. Totally unwilling to help”

“Worst courier ever, their drivers and warehouse staff will not take care of your parcels, even if you label goods as FRAGILE. Their "restricted items" and "send at your own risk" list is a page long. Basically almost anything you send with them will be a restricted item of some sort. They will not take ANY responsibility for the damage and will use their terms and conditions to get out of paying for any claims. Stay clear and use someone else if you want your goods to arrive in one piece.”
