“I was looking for a courier to send my bike from Glasgow to the South of England and a friend recommended Paisley Freight. I used my own bike box to transport my bike, but for an additional cost, Paisley Freight will provide packaging. I choose the option to drop my bike off at their depot in Glasgow on Friday afternoon and the bike was delivered first thing on Monday morning. Can't say any better than that.”

“Having purchased a cycle off eBay, I needed it to be transported from Devon to my home in Sussex. I used Paisleys ' cycle box and delivery' service which was excellent and cost effective. The box and all the required packaging was delivered to the vendors home a couple of days before the agreed collection date and then delivered to me within 24 hours. I was fully kept informed as to the status of the box and cycle delivery via their online dashboard which gave reassurance that everything was happening. I was also very pleased with the price which was very competitive. Will definitely use again.”

“Awful handling of goods and terrible handling of a complaint also! Paid £270 for them to deliver me something which got dropped off a forklift and completely destroyed (costing me an extra £1100) Apparently this is acceptable handling of goods and its now my problem to cover the costs. Goods damaged due to negligence and a proper duty of care not carried out - in any other industry its not acceptable to just break people's items and take no responsibility for actions.”

“Absolutely brilliant from start to finish, bought some tyres from a police force in England , driver appeared and had his own labels to put on items, spoke to someone at the police station and they said the driver was very professional. It got picked up at the bottom of the uk and delivered 24 hrs later . Driver I met was great . First class to APC I’ll be using you again . Thank you.”

“Wish I could give no stars but one appears to be minimum. Rude and unhelpful staff when there was an issue with one of my 4 parcels. Apparently the last one breached their packaging guidelines but the other 3 were fine?! Refused to give me details of complaint procedure after asking 3 times and said they would no longer take any bookings from me! Don’t worry, wouldn’t dream of using such a shambolic company again. Appears the previous reviews are along the same lines…”

“Worst parcel company I have ever used, I will not be a returning customer. Poor customer service, generally rude and unhelpful. Unless use of the specific packaging they sell they will hit you with additional charges. Poor tracking, only estimated collection times then don't adhere to these. Generally poor service.”

“KNOW YOUR PACKAGE SIZE. Ensure you know the exact size of the box you are shipping and know that if it is 1cm oversize, Paisley Freight will sting you with an oversize charge. I'm sure the response will be "we told you about this during booking" but surely 1cm on 160cm is acceptable? Clearly not. I won't be disturbing Paisley with my business in future, not considering how unreasonable my experience was.”
