“Generally the hosting service works without any problems. When we have had problems (and I'm not clever enough to ever know whose fault they were), PAC people have acted quickly to help me to put things right.
V slight negative: like most organisations these days, PAC does not encourange telephone contact. Problems have to be dealt with using a 'Ticket' system, which I find slightly inconvenient.”
