“I’ve been using PAC Web Hosting since 2009 and they’ve been nothing short of amazing. What really sets them apart is the personal service, you’re not dealing with a faceless support system, you’re talking directly to the people in charge. Over all these years I’ve been in touch with the same person, who knows my needs and skill level inside out. That means things are always explained clearly when I need help, but without wasting time on things I already understand. I’ve learned a lot along the way because of this. There’s honestly no comparison to the level of service you get here. The human touch makes all the difference, and it’s why I’ve stayed with them for so long. Highly recommended.”

“Generally the hosting service works without any problems. When we have had problems (and I'm not clever enough to ever know whose fault they were), PAC people have acted quickly to help me to put things right. V slight negative: like most organisations these days, PAC does not encourange telephone contact. Problems have to be dealt with using a 'Ticket' system, which I find slightly inconvenient.”

“Excellent hosting company! Technical support via ticket is fast and extremely helpful. Plus I like being able to pay in advance for hosting, rather than having money taken from my card every month. Plus I got a domain free for the first year, with reasonable renewal fees after that. Altogether, I have no hesitation in recommending this company.”

“Customer Support was exceptional. I had a problem, my ignorance not their service and they sorted it out for me without any fuss. So grateful as it allowed me to get my site, for the commercial arm of a social enterprise and registered charity up and running.”
