“I rang your telephone ordering line and was instructed to respond to an e-mail. This didn't work for me, so I rang the telephone number again and was able to place my order by credit card over the telephone. I don't kow what went wrong the first time, as I have used this system before without any hassles. Your response to me the second timewas delayed by a day or so because there was no one available on the telephone, just a recorded message.”
