“These two weeks in Oxford were absolutely incredible! I met many international people, I discovered the University life and I learnt interesting stuff during the courses. This was a life-changing experience. Also the counsellors and the teachers were so kind and enthusiastic! This summer school has also approved my english skills (writing, debating, presenting, ...). I would absolutely recommend this course.”

“At first I was a bit anxious to spend 2 weeks in a foreign country whithout knowing anyone. Now I am really glad I had this amazing opportunity to go to Oxford, meet so much people and to be able to learn a lot, not only about medicine but also about simple things in life and embrace new opportunities instead of being afraid. If I have another chance to participate, I would take it at any moment”

“I loved the 2 weeks experience in ORA. Everything was amazing. The teachers were very good and the staff was outstanding. In my opinion the best part was the friends who I made, that I don’t won’t to forget.”

“Really great opportunity to meet new people and to learn something. Activities were fun, counselors really friendly. Met really nice people. Teachers were really friendly and dry good at teaching, also gave advice for the future. Overall a really great experience and would recommend it to others who are interested.”

“My stay at Oxford Royale Academy was an experience I will never forget. The teachers wwre very kind and open to questions. They also explained our topic in a way that no matter how good or bad your English skills were, you'd be able to understand. The councellors were also kind and caring, and listened to our problems and helped to solve them. In general, all members of staff were respectful and made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. However, the food wasn't the best as sometimes it'd be too dry and sometimes it'd be too soggy. Although, it was manageable as they served more than 1 option for meals and you could choose what you want to eat. The timetable was very simple to follow and they made sure we had plenty of time to complete tasks such as homework. The homework was not hard, but challenging as it was necessary to do a lot of research in order to make sure you didn't miss any important information. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and meeting different people from different cultures. I would definitely recommend ORA to people who can afford it as it teaches you important skills such as time management and organisation. Both of which are requirements needed for a good life in adult hood.”

“I really enjoyed Oxford Royale Academy. It was a very fun experience where I got to meet many new friends from all around the world. However, I felt the teaching could've been a bit better, as the classes felt dumbed-down a bit. As well, I think the counselors sometimes got too unnecessarily strict, and I feel we could've gone to town more. Nevertheless, my time at LMH was exceptional and I will treasure it forever. I met some of the best people, and was able to get to know a lot of places in the UK, such as Drayton Manor and Cotswold Safari.”

“It was a great experience to meet new friends from around the globe and learn new things. I enjoyed the classes and teachers, but I didn’t agree with the little amount of free time we were given. During the course we only had one free time during the whole session to learn, explore and venture the city, which defeated the purpose of traveling around the globe to attend the course. One other thing I didn’t think was great was the amount of homework you got over one weekend. I’m new perspectives we received two full essays and presentations over the course of one weekend, which we didn’t receive much to almost any set time to complete these assignments.”

“Oxford Royale Acedemy to me was an opportunity to learn things that I would never imagine me learning at the age of 15. I didn't learn things only academically but also things that will help my in my day to day life, like what is supply and demand and things like that. This course also gave me options to do activities that made the course extremely fun and made me learn facts about different cultures, like punting or the Hollywood experience. I also met many people from all over the world and it was amazing to learn from their countries and cultures. I did not only gain intellectual knowledge but also friends for life. Thank you”

“Overall, it was a really good experience as we get to meet people from all over the world.There was a mixture of culture and this really broadened my eyes to view it differently and accept it.The courses were very challenging as it gave us a little insight on our career choices.Our teachers were also extremely informative and friendly.They were willing to help us out in every question and area.The food was amazing as they had a variety of them every day.A few things that could be improved on is the London tour.We didn’t really get to visit the House of Parliament and Big Ben which was on the timetable.We were running short of time because the bus was late.I personally think that the visit to aquarium was unnecessary as there is aquarium in any country.We spent almost 4 hours in the aquarium and the arcade because we weren’t allowed outside.This was definitely a waste of time since we only had one day in London.The cleanliness of the room was not that good when we first arrived as there was lots of sediments on the floor and the toilet floor towel was a little dirty.However,the campus was really nice and amazing.We had lots of place that we can really hang around.”

“Not only were the courses of Oxford Royale very fun and educational, but so were the activities and other things you would do there. After a fun day learning, you could then spend your day with your friends doing almost anything imaginable in the city of Oxford. I was at Balliol and am usuallt very awkward, but in Oxford Royale i still managed to make tons of friends that I'll never forget, and continue our friendship. These 2 weeks were truly amazing, with my only complaint being the unstable WIFI and no fans or air conditions in the rooms.”

My course was challenging but extremely fun and I feel I will take the skills and knowledge I have gained with me for the rest of my life.
