“Good products at affordable prices. Klarna available also. Berghaus 30L rucksack in black. Looks great and does the job as a great day sack for walking. Plenty of room! Good price also. Will use OutdoorGB again.”

“Great customer service, good prices, would buy from again. Four stars only as description of item on website could have been better - I ended up buying the wrong colour item as description wasn't clear / complete and had to ask for a refund.”

“Very good price on two thermos flasks. Prompt delivery. My reason for docking a star is that from the look of the generic packaging I'm guessing the products had previously been opened. I don't mind this, it's good for things not to go to waste, but I think it should be made clear in the product description before buying. But I would use OutdoorGB again.”

“My sole reservation with OutdoorGB is that you have to contact them to arrange for returns. I appreciate they would prefer not to deal with them but I feel a better system should be introduced.”

“I bought Jack Wolfskin trousers, in the same size and style as a pair I already owned - but for sime reason they were too big. Printing returns label was straightforward, and smaller size arrived a few weeks later.”

“My first order was for a pair of Oboz hiking shoes. Left shoe fitted fine but right shoe very tight. Having said that I got a full refund and then bought some Salamon shoes from them that are great! Would have given 5 stars other than the problem with initial purchase although this may the been an issue with the type of shoe not the retailer.”
