“The items seem ok but the order was not delivered on the day it was supposed to be.The tracking said “service fail” registered at roughly 3pm , 2 hours before the end of the delivery window yet no one informed me. I had to email to ask what had happened and was told the following day that the transport had broken down. Ok, this can happen occasionally but an email to explain on the day would have been appreciated.Seems a hiccup with the delivery firm rather than Outdoor Toys.”

“Very happy as is our little girl looks great and does so much. Only thing that marks it down is it came with a few marks and delivery was a day later than stated. Luckily I had another day before my little girls birthday.”

“We ordered the electric Jeep car for our 4 year old daughter. All transaction was quick and easy. The toy arrived in good time by parcel force post. My daughter loves the electric car. Only criticism is the toy could be a little faster on the top speed select.”

“The instruction book - It is obviously Chinese translation that is very, very poor. Perhaps a few sheets with pictures typed in UK and added to the booklet would not take too much time and save incoming calls to you.”

“Really helpful customer service provided by Rhian and Nikki. My only suggestion would be that it would be useful for the team to be able to contact the couriers directly if necessary as I had delivery time questions that it would have been great if they could relay.”
