“Impressed from ordering to delivery. Good communication through out . Was ordered Sunday evening and delivered Tuesday so quick during COVID . It was ordered for our granddaughters birthday in January so haven’t built it yet .”

“A good toy let down by shoddy delivery service. The swing frame and nest are excellent and easy to assemble with little DIY experience required. A socket set with 13mm and 17mm sockets considerably speed up the process. What lets this toy down is the delivery service. The packages were simply dumped inside my garden gate on a rainy day. No attempt made to contact me in the house. One package, marked ‘Fragile’ and ‘This way up’, was delivered upside and was split open; by the time I realised that delivery had happened, it was sodden. Fortunately, the contents were intact.”

“Really good delivery Ordered on Tuesday and was delivered Thursday! Not opened yet as a Christmas present but it doesn’t have a picture of what is it on the box too which was good as my son was home”

“Thank you for my order The car arrived in good time and was delivered ok only concern i have got is i have assembled the car and found that the rear axle does not have enough washers to pack out the wheels the rear axle shaft looks slightly longer than front so when assembled the wheels on back are loose even tho the wheel nuts are tightened up this can be sorted by packing thicker washers on back or more spare washers if possible can you send out extra washers for rear axle i can fix this my self but if other cars are like this you need to sort this problem out. thank you hoping my granson will love his new chrismas present”

“Having bought a ride in car a few months ago . I had no hesitation in buying two more. My grandchildren love riding them. The delivery is excellent within three days of ordering. Just sad that I can’t fit in them as well!”

“Very good customer service and communication. Ordered late Friday arrived Tuesday. Got a text with a 2 hour window for delivery. Excellent price. Looking forward to my grandsons face Christmas Day. Warranty starts Christmas Day too so perfect. Would happily buy from again and probably will.”
