“Excellent looking product. Quality seems very good and delivery was in good time considering the current corona virus situation. Customer service has been very good also with an email I sent being responded to quickly and additional bolts sent out straight away.”

“Pre ordered trampoline. Order arrived in two deliveries within two days. Came ahead of predicted date. No order tracking. Contacted outdoor toys who responded promptly & were able to reassure. Trampoline is of excellent quality, took a few hrs to build. Got the 12ft rebo, its massive. Would recommend you measure available space before ordering. If i had i would have opted to go smaller. Kids love it though & that is the main thing.”

“Great service. Trampoline was out of stock, I’d imagine due to demand during lockdown but we received it a few days before the date on which it had said it may not be dispatched until. Recommended you to a friend who was looking for one yesterday! Thank you!”

“Item was a trampoline with an estimated restock date of 30 April. Item turned up sooner than expected. Good communication throughout including from the delivery company who phoned to check I would be in the day before and on the day of delivery. Very happy.”

“We ordered the Rebo double swing set. They were on pre order, due for delivery after April 25th. They came just under a week before they were due. We were kept up to date with despatch and tracking emails. The quality of them is fantastic. They were very straightforward to put together. You had to drill your own holes but the instructions were very clear and simple. My boys have loved them and it’s really helped with the country in lockdown and has made our garden a more fun place for them to play.”
